Refund Terms and Conditions

Please review the following choices carefully –
1. Refunds can only be processed when eligibility is met. It would be only processed for the students or the entity affiliated with HBD services and have a proper invoice for the payment.
2. Refunds must be requested in writing by completing the HBD Service Refund Request Form and given to the Management for the course the participant was enrolled in.
3. This form must be signed by the person who made the original payment.
4. All requests for refunds will be processed on an individual basis, taking into account the impact on follow on units/modules if applicable.
5. There would be a subsequent administration fee for the refund six months old.
6. Given bank account details would only be used for a particular refund purpose and will not be disclosed to a third party.
7. All decisions regarding refund are subject to applicable law
